Just A Heads Up!

Regrinds can be unpredictable - tools come in all kinds of conditions, and we do everything we can to get the most life out of each one. But sometimes, scrap happens.

We will not issue credit on tools that are in poor condition, even if we try to fix them.
For tools in good condition, there is still potential for scrap as part of the normal regrind process.
We will not issue credit for quantities scrapped that are less than 10% of the order quantity (1 piece for orders of 15 or less).
If we scrap more than 10% of the order, we will credit the price of a regrind for all pieces above the 10% (or the # of pieces above 1 on orders of 15 or more).
