The 3500SM Micro Fury is a 4-flute high-performance end mill. This micro end mill is the subminiature version of our highly popular Fury end mill and performs exceptionally in high-speed machining and full diameter milling, as well as produces excellent surface finishes. It also has a protected corner that helps prevent premature breakdown of a corner radius and a special drill edge that provides a stronger flute and aids in chip evacuation. It was designed to excel in stainless steels, steels, super alloys, and titanium.

The 3500 Fury is designed for stable, high-performance milling across a broad range of materials, including cast iron, brass, and copper. Available in ball, corner-radius, and square end styles, it provides the flexibility to support a variety of applications. For operations that produce long, stringy chips or require additional chip control, consider the 3505 Fury Vicor. Its chip breakers help reduce cutting forces and improve chip formation, though it is available only with a corner-radius end.
