The Solution
Fullerton's 1505 Dominator is a high-performance drill built with FC-7 coating and coolant-thru holes to hold up in hardened material and evacuate chips from deep holes. Run against the competitor's tool, it produced dramatically more parts per drill.
Both tools drilled 4″ deep with a 0.100″ peck. The Dominator ran faster while producing 8.34× the parts.
