Who can purchase direct from Fullerton?

How can I request a quote?

How long does it take to process my quote?

How do I become an authorized distributor?

To begin, contact your local territory manager at fullertontool.com/contact/locator to see if there is a need for a new distributor in your geographic location. Business and financial authorization is required.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: ACH Payments/Wire Payments, Check, Credit Card - American Express, Mastercard, and Visa (credit card payments include an additional 3.4% fee).


What carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship through UPS, FedEx and USPS.



How do I return an item?

Can I return a tool with alterations?

We cannot accept, for return, any tool that has been altered in any way by our customers. This includes surface treatments, coatings, flats, tangs, markings, or any geometry alterations.
