How do I become an authorized distributor?
To begin, contact your local territory manager using the rep locator to see if there is a need for a new distributor in your geographic location. Business and financial authorization is required.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: ACH Payments/Wire Payments, Check, Credit Card - American Express, Mastercard, and Visa (credit card payments include an additional 3.4% fee).

Can I return a tool with alterations?
We cannot accept, for return, any tool that has been altered in any way by our customers. This includes surface treatments, coatings, flats, tangs, markings, or any geometry alterations.
