FULCOAT 01
A thin-film CVD diamond coating engineered abrasive materials. Ideal for graphite, green ceramics, CFRP, fiberglass, metal matrix composites, and cast aluminum alloys. Suitable for many dry machining applications.

FULCOAT 13
Built for high-performance machining in demanding materials. Exceptional hardness, toughness, and heat resistance make it an excellent choice for steels, hardened steels, and super alloys.

FULCOAT 14
Designed to withstand tough machining conditions with excellent scratch and heat resistance. Performs exceptionally well in difficult-to-machine steels, super alloys, cast iron, and aluminum containing more than 12% silicon.

FULCOAT 21
Delivers exceptional hardness, toughness, and heat resistance for demanding machining applications. A versatile coating designed for steels, hardened steels, and super alloys where long tool life and consistent performance matter.

FULCOAT 17
A nanolayered TiAlN coating engineered specifically for micro tooling. Its ultra-thin design maintains sharp cutting edges on tools as small as .010 in.

FULCOAT 18
Built for high-speed machining with outstanding oxidation resistance, hot hardness, and wear resistance. Ideal for stainless steels, alloy steels, titanium, and hardened steels.

FULCOAT 19
Engineered for smooth, frictionless chip evacuation. Outstanding self-lubricating properties make it ideal for aluminum containing less than 10% silicon and titanium alloys.

FULCOAT 02
A Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating that combines wear resistance with increased lubricity. Designed for non-ferrous materials, composites, plastics, and aluminum containing less than 9% silicon.

FULCOAT 05
A specialized coating that minimizes buildup at the edge for cleaner machining in aluminum and titanium alloys.

AlTiN
A high-aluminum coating offering exceptional hardness and oxidation resistance. Built for hard machining and high-speed cutting applications.

Diamond Dura 4
An ultra-hard multilayer diamond coating engineered for graphite and copper machining. Delivers exceptional wear resistance and extended tool life in abrasive applications.

FULCOAT 12
An ultra-thin coating that maintains sharp cutting edges while delivering excellent hardness and wear resistance. Ideal for aluminum alloys containing less than 12% silicon, polymers, and copper.

FULCOAT 22
An ultra-thin, extremely hard coating that maintains sharp cutting edges in abrasive materials. Ideal for graphite, carbon and glass fiber composites, PCB materials, and high-silicon aluminum alloys.

FULCOAT 23
Engineered for hard machining and high-temperature finishing operations. Ideal for milling, drilling, and reaming applications where heat resistance and wear performance are essential.

FULCOAT 06
A high-performance AlTiN coating designed for high-speed machining of cast iron, tool steels, nickel-based super alloys, titanium, Inconel, and aerospace alloys.

FULCOAT 07
Offers excellent hot hardness, oxidation resistance, and low friction. Well-suited for deep-hole machining applications where heat management is critical.

NanoCon
A nanocomposite coating combining exceptional hardness with outstanding oxidation resistance. Designed for hard machining while delivering excellent wear resistance and superior surface finishes.

TiAlN - Titanium Aluminum Nitride
A proven high-performance coating for high-strength steels, hardened tool steels, high-temperature alloys, and titanium. Also suitable for dry machining to reduce thermal shock caused by flood coolant.

TiCN - Titanium Carbonnitride
Provides excellent hardness and abrasion resistance for cast iron, high-silicon aluminum, copper, and other abrasive materials. Best used with coolant to control cutting-edge temperatures.

TiN - Titanium Nitride
A versatile general-purpose coating offering excellent wear resistance, thermal stability, and reduced friction. Ideal for iron-based materials and low- to medium-strength steels.

VAROCON
Designed for high-performance machining of stainless and alloy steels. Delivers excellent oxidation resistance, hardness, and hot hardness for demanding applications.

FULCOAT 20
Combines high hardness, elasticity, oxidation resistance, and low friction for dependable performance. Excellent for stainless steels and nickel-based high-temperature alloys.
