The Solution
Fullerton's 3116 TiMill is precision-engineered for titanium, with an enhanced core for in-cut stability and an FC-13 coating tuned for demanding feeds. At the same speed as the competitor but a higher feed rate, it produced 150 parts per tool to the competitor's 43.
Both tools ran 0.040″ ADOC and 0.040″ RDOC. The TiMill ran a higher feed while producing 3.5× the parts.
